All financial transactions on the 218phcash Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 218phcash supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.
Deposits are processed in real time subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 218phcash does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your licence and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 218phcash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
218phcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 218phcash account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 218phcash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
218phcash is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
218phcash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 218phcash support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and AML checks.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the Responsible Gaming tools available on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and may be set for periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to 218phcash's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 218phcash from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
218phcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 218phcash will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
